Assigned parking space is included, managed by HOA. 8. Move-In fee of $300 charged by building. 9. Must move in 20 days from being approved. 10. Applicants must provide bank statements/pay stubs/bankstatements to verify income. 11. Must have verifiable reserves Please submit an online application first.
