This 2nd floor apartment features hardwood floors throughout, high ceilings, large windows, ceiling fans, and a walk in closet. There's a living room, dining room, and ceramic kitchen with apartment size electric stove and full size refrigerator. The bathroom has a bathtub with ceramic tile surround and floor. Landlord pays water, sewage, trash disposal, and gas for the hot water. Tenant pays for electric. It has electric baseboard heat and a window A/C unit will be provided. This 16 unit building is at the corner of North Negley Avenue and East Liberty Boulevard. It is a short walk to the shops in East Liberty and Shadyside and the bus stop is across the street. There is a shared coin-operated laundry machines in the basement with storage units for each apartment. Parking is on street, but relatively easy. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
