My boyfriend and I just found a home so we are leaving this beautiful place but we'd love for someone to take over the lease come Nov. 1st. We have loved living here. The space is amazing and so is the location. It's so nice to be able to take a stroll to a restaurant or a musical/concert at the Adler. We have enjoyed hopping on the bike bath and taking a ride in the afternoon. It's just a great place. Located in Downtown Davenport, this loft boasts of over 1200 sq ft of beautiful exposed brick walls and concrete pillars complemented by high-end finishes to create stunning modern living spaces. The building has a small gym available 24 hours a day. There is also a community room with television and wi-fi. At the building across the street, which is also part of the apartment complex community, there is a larger gym available and also a rooftop deck to sit back and relax and enjoy the stars. Also, there is no need to venture out or even downstairs to do your laundry. It?s all located within your home. However, when you do want to venture out for some fun, "The Loop" shuttle services the Crescent Lofts, which puts the best of Davenport just outside your front door. The Crescent Lofts also provide convenient access to various local foods & produce at Davenport's Historic City Market just 3/4 mile away; entrances to the longest bike path in the state are located four blocks away; and the various restaurants downtown has to offer. The building is pet-friendly. There is just an additional fee for pets, which can include dogs or cats.
