The home is located in a 14 family community with a shared 1-mile walkway around the property. It is situated in a very peaceful and safe setting right on or lake. Fishing galore! Besides the lake, there are 3 ponds to fish in (this used to be a fish farm). A background check is required. We screen everyone. There are no drug deals going down, no criminals, no pedophiles, etc. so you will live in a safe place. This is like America used to be. Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a $250 non-refundable pet fee, per pet, and a monthly $25 pet fee, per pet. Water is included.
