I am hoping to sublease my 2BR/1 BA apartment in the Bal Harbour complex for 2 mos (July/Aug) with the option of renewing for a full year thereafter. The apartment itself has linoleum/tile in living room/kitchen/bathroom w/ carpet in the bedrooms. There is a gorgeously spacious solarium w/ small storage closet attached to apartment & increases square footage of apartment. It has stainless steel appliances and each bedroom has its own closet! The apartment also comes with all the amenities of the community including car wash area, tennis/volleyball court, pool, gym, and a covered parking spot! For the first two months, the rent does include 1 pet rent, and stacked washer/dryer. Please let me know if you have any questions! Sublease is for 2 mos (until August) but then you have the option to keep/rent the apartment for a year, etc thereafter. Current sublease includes water/trash/pet rent for 1 pet & already has cable/wifi installed
