The comfortable beds come with memory foam mattresses, and the newly renovated bathrooms feature tile showers. The large backyard includes a grill and a swing, making it perfect for kids, pets, and adults alike. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. The property is pet-friendly, with a non-refundable pet fee required for all pets. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
