This 40 foot shipping container tiny home is a unique find. It was recently built and provides for efficient living in size and cost. The home boasts historic barn wood and other unique architectural accents. Guests can relax in the first floor bedroom or off the private back deck! The home also has a full fridge, stove (propane) and microwave as well as a full bath and a super efficient washer/dryer combo unit that costs $10 per year to run. The hot water is "on demand" and runs off propane. You can use standard gas grill propane tanks or something a little larger. No need to have a propane company filling tanks. Heat and Air Conditioning is provided via an efficient Mini Split system. NOTE: ** This tiny home is not currently on site in New Providence. It is in Willow Street currently and will be moved to the address above. Renter responsible for electric and propane (minimal). No Pets. No Smoking.
