Our spacious apartments come fully furnished with: couch, loveseat, coffee table, entertainment center, washer, dryer, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, desk, chair, dresser, and full-size bed with memory foam mattress! We offer individual leasing-this means that you are responsible for only yourself! If one of your roommates doesn't pay rent, damages their room, or breaks their lease it will not affect you! Each bedroom has a private bathroom and walk-in closet. Did we mention there is NO application fee OR security deposit?! We cover the cost of all utilities (including wifi!) except for electric. Electricity is billed through a third-party agency and split amongst any roommates. After that, we give each resident $30 credit toward their bill! Our leases end on 7/31/25. Per Texas State Law, we require all residents to pass a criminal background check. We follow the standard guideline of a 3:1 income:rent ratio, which means that a resident's monthly income must be 3x the cost of monthly rent. If an applicant is lacking in credit or income a guarantor must be added to the application. No guarantor? No problem! We are partnered with Leap, a third-party entity that acts as a guarantor for a one-time fee. Pet fee: $300 Pet rent: $25
