11/14: checked with Destiny, needs the sink fixed and cleaned Fillmore Unit; 65/50/17; no pets; flat rate on utilities of $75 per month 5/6/22; emailed with Destiny, said they are finishing the remodel and she and owner are working on getting appliances. Owner sent an email to Will and Paul on Friday asking about cleanings as Will had told her we would take care of that. She is still saying no need to post these, she has a waitlist for all of the empty units, but I have a call scheduled with her today to go over how to have them apply and what the qualifications are.
