This apartment will be available for rent on April 1, 2021. This apartment is on the 1st floor of a 2 family home. The landlord (that's me) and his wife occupy the 2nd and 3rd floor but we rarely use the 2nd floor. This apartment has been gutted and renovated less than 10 years ago. Almost everything is new. An efficient Gas heating system has been installed 2 years ago. The cost of gas and electricity is not included. No pet dogs are allowed but cats and some other pets are acceptable with my permission ahead of time. There are 2 pairs of coin operated washer and dryer sets in the basement.
