DEDICATED WORKSPACE We have a dedicated workstation in the second floor bedroom. KITCHEN Let your culinary creativity run wild in the brand-new remodeled kitchen with custom wood cabinetry, brand-new stainless-steel appliances, beautiful quartz countertops, and a coastal fish-scale backsplash. The large, double-door fridge has plenty of space for all your ingredients and drinks. The 4-burner electric stove and oven make it easy to prepare your favorite dishes or cook outside on the gas grill! The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and glassware. BEDROOMS Call it a night and retire to one of the three cozy bedrooms; two are equipped with a queen bed and soft bedding, and the other bedroom has two twin beds; all mattresses are 12" medium firmness. All bedrooms have a closet and dresser to store your wardrobe and linens are provided. BATHROOMS AND LAUNDRY Freshen up in the nautical-inspired bathrooms. The full bath features Italian tiling, Public Goods (organic and sulfate and paraben-free) shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the dispenser and features a comfortable tiled shower tub, polished chrome hardware, and marble flooring. The half bath features custom woodwork & signature octopus wallpaper you'll love! There is also a new washer & dryer in the house. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES If you're not eating out at one of the many amazing restaurants nearby, cook a meal on the gas grill and eat on the dock-inspired deck. Rinse off after a day at the beach in our outdoor shower. Relax by the fire table under our lighted pergola. Enjoy the provided 6 backpack-style beach chairs, and the two origami kayaks and paddle board for use on Swan Pond at the end of the road. PARKING Easy, free parking for 2-3 cars in the driveway and 1-2 cars on the street. Please complete and submit an application to rent PRIOR to requesting a tour. Showings will be the week of September 16th. All utilities included plus wifi and cable. Renter must complete a credit application.
