Basement is shared with upstairs tenant and each has their own personal storage space as well as washer and dryer hook-ups. Stove and refrigerator included. Water is paid by landlord. Tenant responsible for all other utilities. Landlord pays for water. Tenants are responsible for all other utilities. Landlord is responsible for repairs to property (due to normal wear and tear). If out of the scope of normal wear and tear, it will be the tenant's responsibility to pay for the damage/repair. Shoveling stairs/walkway is the tenant's responsibility.
