Beside highway on a hill, small yard large hillside. No serious work is needed, all the main things function that includes plumming,wiring and the hvac system is functioning. There is discoloration with some of floor, there is 1 small crack in the middle bedroom wall, and minor damage to wall near the faucet in the bathtub. Furnace is only 5 years old, Metal roof installed in 2022. I am continuing work such as cleaning til i am out.
