We are looking for the perfect person to share our duplex with. We have a quaint, one bedroom apartment on the northside of town and hope to offer someone a great place to live. The apartment offers four rooms. A large living room with newly refinished hardwood floors, a cozy bedroom with a rustic spin, a quaint kitchen complete with a stove and refrigerator, and an updated bathroom. We are perfectly fine with one small dog or cat. All that we ask is that you lay an area rug in the living room to protect the hardwood floors.
