Propane and heating oil costs will be paid quarterly, with the total expense divided among the tenants based on usage and invoices. Security Deposit: A security deposit of $1650.00 is due upon signing of the lease. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the lease term, provided there is no damage to the property beyond normal wear and tear. Lease Term: The lease term is 12 months, beginning on the moved date and ending in a year with the possibility of renewal.
