Location is a 5 minute drive from downtown Asheville and the Grove Park Inn, and walking distance to bars, breweries, restaurants, grocery stores, and beautiful Beaver Lake. All major appliances, ceiling fans, and energy efficient widows were installed in 2016, a new roof was added in 2020, exterior painted in 2021, and a smart stacked washer/dryer purchased in 2022. There is currently a renter in the house. Requests to view the property will need to be coordinated with them so as not to disrupt their daily schedule. Nights and weekends would be best but we will try to honor all requests. 12 month lease with an owners' option to extend. Utilities paid by owner include: trash, recycling, and pest control. Lawn maintenance is the responsibility of the renter (owner will leave a gas mower at the property). Renter is responsible for power, water, gas, and internet. No smoking allowed.
