Designed by John Johansen, the only surviving member of The Harvard Five, the Goodyear House is a magnificent example of American mid-century modernist architecture. Larger than most, the house is an echo of classical Palladian symmetry comprised of a large central pavilion connected by bridges to two flanking pavilions. The interior is spacious and blends the inside and outside with views of the beautiful grounds with mature perennial gardens and large expanse of lawn.
