Sea Barn was built to its current structure in 1997. The original portion of the home, the guest house dates back to the 50â??s, and also was gut renovated in 1997. In 2010 Sea Barn was renovated inside and out extensively. Outside the entire home was powerwashed, stained, and painted. A new roof was installed on the guest house, a new custom seawall was built, including custom stonework steps to the ocean, and new landscaping. Inside the home in 2010 the entire house was painted, new granite countertops installed, custom built in entrainment center, new lighting, hardwood floors, pellet stove, windows and doors on the ocean side of the home, new carpeting, new marble floors in the second story master bath, wood look tile floors in the second floor bath, new faucets and lighting, and hardwood floors as well. In 2012 a new Buderus high efficiency oil heating system was installed, new sump pump, septic system serviced, inspected, and new septic pump station installed, and new bulkhead doors installed.
