I've found the room can fit a full bed, desk and 2 dressers and has a closet, however it will come unfurnished. It is directly next to a full bathroom that is shared with one other person. Utilities around $80-100/month. Water comes with the rent (cold). Also laundry in unit! There is a private outdoor space, a large kitchen and living room. The place is minutes away from Dudley bus station and a short walk to the Orange line and Green line with access to downtown Boston. There are many parks nearby that are great for walking/running during these social distancing times. Street parking is free and it's always very easy to find spaces.
