My lot is a gorgeous acre with lots of trees, green grass and a stream flowing through the back yard in a quiet, safe, upper middle class neighborhood close to shopping, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and coffee shops and convenient 15 minute drive to downtown Asheville and we are only 12 minutes from the Asheville airport. There is also a beautiful boozhe boho lounge back deck to enjoy lounging in the fresh air and taking in the natural beauty. This is a friendly shared house with two tenants in the basement apartments downstairs. We are considerate, friendly, respectful and responsible. You must have a reliable job and consistent income. There are 3 friendly dogs on the property and we welcome another one as long as they are friendly as well. One year lease to start and then renewed or go month to month. First and last month's rent and the $500 security deposit to move in. Available Sept 1 2024. Rent due on the 1st of the month. $100 late fee if rent is not paid in full by the 5th of each month. Non-smoking house. 420 friendly. Must be a mature adult who is financially responsible with a reliable job. Must be considerate, respectful, friendly and quiet. I prefer a more extroverted housemate to an introverted personality. Cats are not safe in my home due to my dogs. You will have your own space in the garage to park your car or use as storage.
