Posting is for my studio apartment in Highland Park. It's $950.00 with heat included, and it's in a really safe location and street in HP. Within walking distance to stores and restaurants. Apartment building in pretty quiet, and the apartment itself, is in really good condition, it's nice and clean, and it's carpeted too. It has a full kitchen with full size appliances and a regular sized bathroom too. It also has 2 pretty decent size closets. This unit will be available January 1st 2017, however I am moving out December 18th 2016. Also in the pictures below you'll see that I purchased a loft bed for this apartment(handmade loft bed is only 8 months old) and stands 5 feet in the air. Well this pretty much doubled my living space. If you want it, I will leave the bed too, you would only need a mattress.
