If water/sewer/trash bill exceed $80, the renter will pay the excess amount over $80. If electricity bill exceeds $100, the renter will pay the excess amount over $100. Water/sewer/trash bill is always in the low $60s. I do not anticipate it ever exceeding $80 unless renter is producing a lot of trash or leaves a hose running. Electric bill is usually $30-40 in the summer, $40-60 in the winter. Internet rates, which renter will pay separate from rent, are typically $50 per month. Free off-street parking for two vehicles.
