The yard is spacious, with a recently built chicken coop, compost area, and large garden with tons of raised beds. The home sits on 1/3rd acre, and has direct creek access. There is abundant storage below the home, and parking is plentiful. Xfinity internet is available, and cell service is great with Verizon. Please note: Power does go out occasionally during the winter. Wi-fi is usually out during these times. There is a generator on the property to keep the fridge and a few lamps on during outages. Roads are occasionally closed during winter storms. This is definitely a rural home, but it does offer modern comforts and is in a very friendly neighborhood, and lovely community in the heart of La Honda. WELL BEHAVED pets will be considered, but I would like to meet them first :) Landlord will cover trash. Tenant pays for electric, propane and water.
