The primary bedroom includes a slider and deck with some ocean views. The first floor includes a living room with TV, dining room with coffee bar, and the kitchen is fully equipped and even includes a new stacked W/D. Parking spots for two cars. Due to HOA rules, no pets are allowed (and of course no smoking/vaping of any kind is allowed inside). All utilities are included in the rental rate, but there is a cap on propane usage.
