This is an absolutely wonderful house! Perhaps the largest house in the neighborhood, it has been expanded quite a bit and has terrific amenities. If you are looking for a house that has a very nice ramp and a wide open shower for any type of handicap accessibility; or if you want a house that has a tremendous amount of 1 floor living space; or if you want a house that has a beautiful covered front porch & a 4-season rear porch with heating & a/c or a house with an absolutely incredible oversized newly built 2 car carport or a house with a large deck and good patio space or a house with a 1st floor living room & first floor family room that has a fireplace or a house that has a nice kitchen with gas cooking, hickory cabinets & recently replaced appliances & a partially finished basement; then this is absolutely the house that you should move to. FYI, the house does not officially have 3 bedrooms. The Master Suite was originally 2 different bedrooms that were merged together & created a large master bathroom. Also, the 12'x 8' area listed as a 3rd bedroom is currently used as a study, but can be converted to a bedroom if wanted. This house is in a tiny culdesac that has nice privacy and good views.
