We live in a quite neighborhood on a corner lot. We have recently put up a 8ft tiered down to 6ft on the side with neighbors just for a little more privacy when in other open lot! Our house sits on 1 1/2 acres with 2 wells and 2 septic tanks. Has a 2 car attached carport with a nice laundry room and storage room where we keep our deep freezer and much more. Our home walks into an open concept living, dining and kitchen with a 5ft bar! Nice walk in pantry. Down the hall first room on the right is our master bedroom with 2 closets that connects to a rooms that can be used as a study. Nursery or turned into a master bathroom suite. The next room on the left is a nice size room with closet for our kids, and the last room at in of hallway is our spare that has the half bath in that room. 2 hallway closets also. Our room outside that our kids use as a toy room has a bathroom also. Could be fixed for a mini condo.
