Walkable, hip, safe, private, and cozy We've absolutely loved living here, and will miss it! First of all, the neighborhood in Avondale is INCREDIBLE. As a lover of creative privately-owned businesses, I love the walkability to so much action. Hifalutin Coffee, Mellow Mushroom, Verde, Triangle Bar and Grill, Caroline's Aloha bar and Pearlz Oyster Bar, and East Bay Deli are all only a block away. A very short walk across Savannah Highway takes you to Harris Teeter, as well as numerous other bars and restaurants. Just past Harris Teeter is the greenway, which is walkable to parks, other restaurants and cafes, and Earthfare. The neighborhood is friendly and safe. The patio is awesome for laying out and catching some rays. There is a fire pit and a grill, which is great for parties. Off-street parking reserved for tenant. This unit is the back side of a 1940's home. The front unit on Magnolia is completely separated with its own entrance for privacy. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. The exposed beams create a very classy look that we enjoyed as part of the design. I'm hoping to find tenants who will love it as much as we have!
