This house is 9 miles north of Asheville and easily accessible to the highway. There are two living areas with smart TVs, one upstairs and one downstairs. This home has 3 bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. There is one bedroom, a full bathroom, living area, kitchen, dining area and large deck on the entry level. Downstairs is another living area, a full bathroom, two additional bedrooms, and the laundry area. There is also a small back deck off of the downstairs living area. Parking for two cars is in a dedicated private driveway directly in front of the house. Easily walkable to downtown Weaverville on sidewalks beginning at the driveway. We can discuss your pet as we allow dogs, no cats. This property is available monthly beginning December 1st. It is a successful short term rental so it is also available as a weekly rental from Wednesday to Tuesday. Contact me for specific availability. It is fully furnished with high speed internet. Electricity, water, trash and internet are included in the monthly fee. Electric bill is capped at $100, and anything above that amount will be added to the monthly bill. You will need to provide your own linens. First month's rent and security deposit required at time of signing. Dog allowed with pet deposit and approval of owners. Dog to be crated when tenant is not home.
