Just moved in house - is furnished with beds/night tables and large couch w large closet and dressers included but final touches are still work in progress. Brand new hardwood floors throughout house. Washer and dryer in the home. House Sleeping Hours 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. *Monthly - requires 1st and "last months" rent upfront in order to move in for monthly guests $700 monthly +1/2 of utilities (all electric), rent due on 1st of every month no negotiations. *Weekly Rate - $250 (utilities/wifi included). *Daily Rate - $45 (utilities/wifi included).
