The main bedroom is past the kitchen and bathroom and has a queen bed. Steps in the kitchen area lead up to a low-height loft with two twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and refrigerator, as well as a washer and dryer. Towel linens are provided, and the bathroom is equipped with a shower. This tiny home also includes air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Parking is available for 1 vehicle. A pet fee of $100 per pet per stay is applicable for pet-friendly units. Additional guests incur a $25 per person nightly surcharge. Pool and gym pass program is subject to availability and any restrictions outside of our control that may be set in place by the resort. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a $100 per hour fee. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles, and groups with more than two vehicles or trailers are required to utilize overflow parking. Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and noise levels should be kept low during the day. No smoking inside the unit, with a $250 fee for violation. No trash or food is to be left outside at any time, with a $100 fee for violations. Some homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.
