We're two roommates looking for a third. We are friendly, responsible, clean, respectful of privacy, and we expect roommates to be the same. The apartment is a 5 minute drive from Westfield State University, Big Y, Salvation Army, and Walmart, and within walking distance from the downtown and stores such as the dollar store and CVS. It is also a 2 minute walk to the beautiful Westfield Riverwalk along the Westfield river. The apartment takes up the entire bottom floor (and basement) of a large house so it is very spacious and also has a ridiculous amount of storage space. All roommates of course are welcome to use any amenities in shared spaces such as the grill, all appliances (microwave, toaster, fridge, etc), tv, and more. We also have a very large private driveway with ample parking space for everyone. The first photo is the extra bedroom which is currently empty. Owner pays for water. Renter is responsible for gas, electric, and internet. Security deposit due at signing. Lease term is 1 year, however lease started June 1, 2025, so it ends June 1, 2026. Renter is of course not responsible for rent/fees paid by others for previous months, only going forward from the time they move in.
