When I show apt to people they are wearing mask and gloves and they don't touch anything in apt they just look and have paperwork showing they don't have the virus Apt comes with free hot water,free electric free heat apt is completely painted, new carpets in bdrm and living rm,new kitchen lino, private off street parking, large yard no pets of any kind so please don't ask. No smoking or vaping in apt or on the entire property, new curtain's in every room freshly painted outside deck, built in bookcase, 1st and security of 1295 and no laundry hook ups. I need a copy of your license, copies of your last 3 pay stubs and proof you have a bank account. Also I need to see a copy of your covid paperwork saying you don't have the virus. If you don't have all this paperwork don't apply. If you like to party please don't apply I want someone that is quiet cause senior citizen's live here. I'm renting this apt for 1 person ONLY so don't bother to call if there is more then 1 person Please wear mask and gloves to enter apt and something to show you don't have covid 19. new blinds in entire apt. This apt is a month to month no leases Apt is in a great neighborhood 8 minutes from downtown Prov Call me to set time to view apt. Manager lives on site 24 hr maintenance
