Sturbridge is right up the road (about 5 miles) where there's wonderful restaurants. Publick House has a great restaurant as well as a wonderful bakery. They offer meals to go too. Grocery stores and other shopping close by. Stop n Shop will deliver groceries and Village Pizza will also deliver. Amazon knows where the house is too. Southbridge is about 15-20 minutes away so extremely convenient to Harrington Hospital. Traveling nurses, take note. After a long day this little house is somewhere you want to come back to. Very comfortable and private. Extra large TV downstairs. Smaller TV upstairs. Owner pays for security system. Renter pays for electric, wi fi, trash, pellets for stove. There are electric baseboards as backup to the pellet stove. And snow removal if needed. NO CATS Dogs, ok but on a case by case basis. I have a cleaning lady if you are interested in having her clean. She's very good. $200 for whole house including bedding, towels, etc.
