Pets could be discussed but usually requires a non refundable deposit equal to one months rent. I do not have a picture of the bathroom, second bedroom or full kitchen I apologize. Second bedroom does have an older but clean rug. Bathroom has new vanity and medicine cabinet. Entire apartment has been painted. Laundry hookups in basement and off street parking. Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the premises.
