This is a quiet nice neighborhood with people of varied ages and backgrounds. We have lived here for 16 years and have never had a problem. There are no rentals in our immediate area. The school system is awesome and the transit system is great for this part of town. There are 3 different bus routes that you can walk to. We are the 2nd owners of this house and we know the original owners. We have recently painted our home and have a nice 6 ft fence surrounding our back yard. We have an above ground pool and a deck in the back as well as 2 sheds. We have two pear trees and several others that are beautiful in the fall. There is still plenty of sunlight for the pool.
