Aloha, I'm looking to rent my three bedroom riverfront private 3 bedroom home for 1-2 months. It has been in vacation rental use. It is fully equipped and ready to move into. All utilities are paid for. All the features and amenities are quality and the home is in like new condition. The location is prime and the property is extremely private and peaceful. I am looking for special people who will appreciate the unique quality of life offered here. The home has split system A/C units in the bedrooms which can cool the whole house. High quality furnishings and amenities are there. High speed internet. Solar PV and water heater. The complete natural Hawaiian experience. Float down the river to a secluded beach and back. Covered parking. Close to town and world famous beaches yet removed and private. A prime location in a prime location. I have always taken good care of my guests and will make sure you have all the information and help you need to make your stay comfortable and stress free. Sorry no pets. Not wheelchair accessible. 1 month minimum lease. 2 months maximum at this point. Possibly longer. Can be weekly as well. It might be extended depending if the quarantine remains in place. I have short term guests checking in mid March at this point. Renter will have to have been on island already quarantined or have an exemption . All utilities including high speed internet included in the price. Fully equipped home. Tenant must bring in my housekeeper once a month to clean.
