A beautiful family home built on private Wall Lk in Delton MI. 540 acres all sports and incredible fishing. With no public access this lake is incredible for family water fun, wakeboarding, tubing, skiing, swimming, boating, fishing. Wall lake is a sandy and gravel mixed bottom lake. Our beech has a sandy beach and water bottom, In the evening you can catch all the fish you want right off your dock, we typically see so many fish popping out of the water all over in front of our dock. We added the back yard paradise for privacy reasons and so the grand children could swim in the pool when the lake had big waves. We added the outdoors living space under the deck to allow for our outdoors kitchen and protection from the sun and rain. We have flowers from the beginning of spring right up to frost with our incredible landscaping. Also the pool area is fenced in with a six-foot-tall vinyl fence for privacy. We added a sand volleyball court in the back yard and only using washed sand for fill for pure enjoyment without injuries. In the finished lower level that is pool side you have a room that could be a bedroom or work out room. We installed a big six foot by six-foot Walkin shower so that mom can take kids in to assist with plenty of room. Next to the shower is the sauna that sends Sents of cedar throughout the house when using the sauna, what a great way to relax. This shower is handy to get to from pool area. Also the lower level has a sitting area with gas fireplace and stone surround. But wait there is much more, a Theatre room and a kitchen cabinets and bar all together. We also added a wine room. The main level is incredible to see as you walk in from the front door you are greeted with a catwalk to the upstairs and 18ft tall ceilings in the living room, with a incredible stone chased fireplace that goes to ceiling. If you turn to the right as you enter the front door you will be greeted by the stairway to upper level, that has 2 bedrooms and 1 other finished room above the garage. The upper level has a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tiled surround above the tub. The glass railing at the balcony adds a grand touch to this incredible house. Off to the right of the front door as you enter is our office space. White shaker kitchen cabinets and mocha colored island cabinets and granite tops adds incredible look to this open area. Bamboo floors in main level and carpet in bedrooms. The Master suite has a 9ft slider to a covered deck over looking pool area, and the deck continues behind the living room with a door from living room to the deck. This deck has trex rain guard in it to allow for dry living space under the deck and trex decking on the deck. With one part of the deck open and the other half under roof all people can enjoy using it. The front yard has inground sprinkling system. We used a hybrid insulation system that makes this house heat and cool very efficiently. We also have a detached garage that has future living space designed into it. Lots of stone on both the house and garage. Lots of space for family to join your family on an incredible lake.
