Scam Alert do not Rent very poor condition I would not rent this home the owner Gilbert Desrosiers is a slumlord several tenants have left because he refuses to fix anything. He does not live in Brevard county so you have to wait weeks to have service done. All he cares about is collecting rent. He scammed his insurance company and lied to the codes department of Palm Bay.He is now fixing the house as of July 2022 Roos still leaks needs to replaced an still has not been done
