Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately. -No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00 -$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour. -Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee. -No FIRES outside of the designated gas fire pit.
