We believe in creating living opportunities for people to thrive so we don't overcharge and have created a contract that's equitable for everyone, even at our expense. The security deposit covers the move-in fee that's required from the condo association. The $1200/month covers everything - utilities, rent, and internet! (There is a pet fee which depends on the type of pet that would be added on if needed!) We are also open to creating contracts that work for everyone - the HOA requires us to have at least a 6 month lease, but we're open otherwise.
There's a decent amount of street parking so we had a car without living in the garage, but we are happy to check and see if there's availability in the garage if you'd prefer to spend around $180/month or so.
We prefer no smoking in the unit as some tenants have asthma and we've found it can be difficult to clean, but there's a great smoking area in the courtyard that's just an elevator ride away with nice cover in bad weather.
