In 2012, added new kitchen: maple cabinets, granite countertops with new sink, new dishwasher, range, and over-the-range microwave, new high quality, single sheet vinyl floor, and new wooden pantry door. Also added a new granite covered vanity and faucet to main bathroom. In 2013, replaced both original toilets with new high-seated, quick 1 gal flush toilets. In Aug, 2014, replaced original 1980 electrical breaker panel with new 2014 specs breaker panel. In April 2015, replaced all gutters with a Good Housekeeping approved Leaf Guard system that has a lifetime warranty. In Feb 2016, added new One Day Roofing shingles with 50 yr guarantee. Also, updated solar hot water panels with new cover shields and coolant. On 8/10/17, replaced both the 52 gal water heater and the 80 gal solar water tank.
