Fantastic hunting and fishing camp located in Elk Country and on the amazing Upper Black River. The Upper Black River is the only river in the lower peninsula exclusively managed for its naturally reproducing brook trout fishery. It is an extraordinary watershed, rich in history. The property is just north of the Rattlesnake Creek nursery stream that in 2010 installation of artificial spawning riffles was completed. Positive results where seen as early as 2011. The land is a mix of high and low land with a beautiful feeder creek flowing through most of the southern portion of the property. Great elevated building sites near the water. An old railroad grade along the easement trail in. Most of the forest is rather dense. Some hardwoods. Excellent hunting.
