    Unconventional 2 (+) bedroom apartment that is part of a shop and barn set up on 10 acre horse property. (The shop, barn and apartments are all one building.). Apartment was built in 2019-2020. Short Term Summer, Furnished. Dog(s) (MUST be other dog, people, and livestock friendly) and Horses welcome, other livestock considered. Apartment configuration: Entry with large mud room and separate dog room that goes out to fenced dog yard (suitable for larger dogs) on main floor. Outdoor grill, people yard, fire pit with wood supplied. Second floor has a large kitchen with all amenities, views of farm and western Salish mountain range, large dining table, living area open plan, Apple TV, laundry room, two bedrooms, one large bathroom with separate W/C, large jacuzzi tub and large steam shower. Bedrooms: 1 King, 1 Queen. Optional bunk room which has a full bottom bunk and a twin top bunk and additional bathroom may be available, please inquire. Renters are welcome to wander the open spaces about the property as designated. This rental is not suitable for children under age 10. There is another separate apartment in the building that is currently already rented to a single person with one dog. Community areas including the dog yard, people yard and fire pit will be shared with this renter. No cats. $4000/July 2021 for 4 people. Will consider other surrounding dates, please inquire. Please inquire if you wish to add up to 2 more people. Renters will be responsible for own cleaning during the rental period. Face-time or in-person tours can be arranged. The rental is for the apartment listed. Horse boarding is available, please inquire. Building and property are also being used by others. Renters will be given parking spots according to their needs. Ample parking for cars, trucks, horse trailers (w/o LQ), toy haulers, and boats. Inquire about use of covered parking for up to 50' truck/trailer. RV and LQ parking with hookups available for rent, please inquire. Owner will continue to run horse boarding business and keep animals (horses, lambs, goats) on property. This will mean some caretaker will be there daily to tend to the animals. Horse boarders (There are 3 people) come and go in the areas designated for them during boarder business hours, which are usually sun up to sun down in summer, but are pretty flexible at this point. Horse boarders routinely bring their dogs with them. Renters will be expected to respect horse boarders' alone time with their animals and leave them in peace. Sometimes owner and owner's dogs will overnight on property in extra room in the shop or LQ horse trailer. Owner will continue to use shop and barn as needed. Owner and horse boarders will keep trailers on property and can access them as needed. Hours of "operation" and other renter privacy considerations can be worked out. Renters must keep themselves, dogs, and guests on the property rented. Unfriendly dogs (to people or visiting dogs belonging to owner or horse boarders), dogs that harass livestock, dogs that bark inappropriately, and dogs that will not stay or be held on the property will not be allowed to stay for the full rental period. We have an underground radio dog fence that encompasses the entire property if you have dogs that are trained on or can be trained on it, fence collars available for your use. We have a fenced dog yard (for larger dogs) and an additional 12x12' outdoor kennel (suitable for large and small dogs) to assist in containing dogs who wish to wander.
