The house is a 3 bed and one bath to share bathroom. Because my bedroom is in a more private area then the rest of the house, I feel that I can rent the 2 bedrooms and sharable bathroom. I am looking for either a couple without kids or two female roommates. The house is clean and in a nice neighborhood and close to shopping centers and interstate. Rent is $1400 for the two bedrooms, or individually $600 and $800. Lease is month to month and a security deposit same as rent. Must show proof of income and background check. The tenant is responsible for any cleaning responsibilities. Dices, bathroom, own room, living spaces, and their pet. There will be quiet times, and tenants must respect other people's rest schedules, or study times. No overnight guests allowed. The tenant must own a job and car at all times so they can pay their bills on time.
