Just a few short blocks to Munras and Alvarado, this historic home is close to the beach, town and shopping. Tenant to pay Water, Electric/Gas and Trash/Recycling. Trash you can set up directly with Waste Management (I believe, I will check company name) and the Gas/Electric (PG&E) and Water (Cal Am) are sub-billed each quarter. On average our bill was about $300 total each quarter for the water and gas. I suspect yours might be slightly higher because we only were there part time.
