My husband and I own this four-plex which we built onto in 2007 to make an owner's suite in our building. We are now living mostly full time in our second home. It is spacious for an apartment and it flows well. There are two bedroom plus a large office and an awesome walk in closet room that is huge! This does not count the walk in off the master. There are rich colored accent walls in the Living Room, Dining Room and Bedroom. The back of the house backs up to city property and there is green space behind the house. We did, however, cut a view port to get a nice view of the river. The bedroom has a large walk in closet that also comes with two chests of drawers built in. The living room has a gas fireplace, stained glass window, vaulted ceiling and surround sound wired in. Off of the dining room is a large unfinished storage area that holds a ton of stuff complete with shelving. The kitchen has granite counters and a stainless steel refrigerator with ice and water. There is a pantry off of the kitchen for more storage as I love to bake and cook. There is a coat closet in the hall. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a separate seated vanity area with a large mirror and lots of storage. The driveway, which is of exclusive use for this apartment is capable of 4 or more cars and perhaps even a boat or RV upon approval. The backyard comes with this apartment and there is a great space for a table and chairs, a BBQ or other options. There is also space for a garden. The condition of the apartment is superior and we know you will think so too. We pay for water, hot water, sewer and garbage service. In 2007 we had a storm which knocked out power for 7 days and after that storm we installed an automatic transfer generator which comes on about 30 seconds after a power failure and runs on underground natural gas. It is such a wonderful addition for this apartment and it is only connected to this apartment. We have forced air gas heat and air conditioning. If you are interested you must meet the criteria. No pets, no smoking on the premises. A FICO credit score of 700, no late payments in the last 12 months and no bankruptcies in the last three years. Lastly you need to have demonstrable income of three times the rent or $3420 per month. We use TSCI credit screening group and we only receive from them a pass or fail so it is best, if you are not sure, to check your credit before applying. The application fee is $16.50 which is our hard cost.
