A private residence, not a tenement building. You may make application through Zillow, it is acceptable, and current for 30-days for most dwellings on this site. Zillow applications will not get you a viewing. The ONLY way to get an appointment for viewing is to call phone listed in information section. Most likely may only be viewed on weekends.
