The master suite has a sitting room and queen-size bed with adjustable mattress. The second bedroom has a full mattress, also adjustable. The third bedroom has a day bed with a trundle. Well-behaved dogs are very welcome but while outdoors they must be on a leash at all times. It is to safeguard your pet(s) and the local wildlife, who really are our premier guests. Landlord pay for all utilities except electricity which will be in your own name, No smoking inside the property as it is not allowed and also there is internet available for home use in case you are working from home and it is free to use.
