You will be renting 1 bedroom out of the 3 in the house. This is a beautiful 3 bedroom and 3.5 bath townhome that sits on lake palmetto! You will have direct access to the water, along with your own private bathroom. The room is very spacious with wonderful storage space. Utilities are not included in rent and averages about 90 dollars a month. We do not allow pets. It is a wonderful home and we look forward to hearing from you! Utilities are not included in rent, and will be spilt 4 ways. No pets are allowed, we could do a 6 month to a year least.
