I have one room available. the building was once traditional but now modern. It has wood laminate and vinyl flooring. City water and all appliances. five miles from Woodbury, twenty miles from Murfreesboro. I do go to MTSU I am a Recording Industry Major, so musicians are a plus. The room is eight and a half foot by roughly 13.5 foot there is a three by three closet roughly in the corner of the room. The room is wired with a Ethernet plug plenty of outlets and a fan in the ceiling. There is a loft the connects the two rooms and i have no idea really what to do with it you can just count that as part of your space too. Which is 20 foot by about 12 foot. All pictures are from before moving in if you want current pictures please let me know. Rent is 410 like advertised yes but, it wouldn't let me put a plus sign it is plus utilities. I don't own the property i am just a tenant.
